Refund policy

The majority of the purchase price of your item, after costs, that you purchased from Clean Rivers Fund goes to cleaning up streams and rivers and their ecosystems. We don't generally expect returns because your money is put to good use benefitting waterways. But if your item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please let us know and we will fix it for you right away. Returns and exchanges within 45 days for new or slightly used products are accepted. You download a prepaid label for the return. Credit will post within 3 days of return receipt.
